Ace gig? What gig were you at? The sound was horrific, the band sounded flat for the first half (Age of Consent particularly)and there wasn't much atmosphere. A wasted £40. I was really looking forward to seeing them given what people have been saying of late but it had no balls at all. It missed Hooky massively. NO have been my favourite band for over 25 years but i think its time they called it a day.

Front row, near Gillian, a bit away from the pit, but had a great night. Good gig - nice to hear Here To Stay, was hoping for Round and Round or something off Technique but never mind!
Dropping Krafty and 1963 from the Troxy set list was a good move, would like to see Blue Monday and LWTU go the same way, but I guess that's never gonna happen ....

Terrible at the back, centre, towards the bar. Couldn't hear Bernard, no bass, no syn, feedback, echoing.
Erm..... May have been the venue, I'd sack the guy on the mixing desk, and it's slightly put me off going to see them again. Shame as the live stuff I had heard in the last few months sounded great.

Wish you were right but it won't happen, I'm afraid. Hooky's lot will play those old gems before Barney's Band ever does. I'm sorry that's the way things have turned out.
