My first Order gig was rather anticlimatic. The band seemed aloof and disinterested which seemed strange, in retrospect, it ads to the myth. I was at the front below Hooky and he gave me a long glare after I photographed him during Dreams Never End.
I came away from the gig a little dissapointed that I did not see Simple Minds in Hammersmith that night.
However, I came away from the gig with some fantastic photos only for a friend to lose the negatives. Danny from Islington if you are reading, I haven't forgiven you!
