Wouldn't it have been easier to have bought your South American tour t-shirt when they were actually over there? Crazy

And, Linus, times must be hard if you have to buy your own merchandise. Ask Bernard for a freebie. laugh

The worst part about the t-shirt is that it cost 18 pounds and the shipping is 7 pounds which is horrible, but hey you gotta pay to get it, I wished I knew bernard that well but I don't even think he knows that i exist, LOLL

Almost a dirty techno sound in places, good stuff.

They sound pretty tight n' all, even the dead in the water dull Stereophonics fans might have their minds opened by 'em at V festival next summer.Though probably not.

Quite tempting to replace the left channel with the right one and reduce the Phil factor.

Would you believe if I said that I bought it cheaper than the price I had to pay in the day of the gig? Crazy

Actually i must say, if they'd have done the same thing with say some of the brixton gigs from 2002 it would have sounded a lot worse. Overall an enjoyable live recording, with a tad more passion than some of the other later NO gigs.

I do hope they mix up the set a bit when they tour properly. I know they won't but thats what was lacking from the later gigs, we knew exactly what was coming. I honestly think hooky will be back within a year or two, i just hope they ditch Phil if that happens. Lovely lad but its just not proper New Order!

Agree with the passion but on the set list piece, visitors to this site knew what was coming but probably 90% of the Troxy attendees didn't - likewise on a UK tour the majority of punters will have no idea what the set list will be and will no doubt be impressed if they continue with 586, age of consent and 1963. Just my view.

Cheers, I'll probably go for the download. Was gutted to miss the gig as it's only a tube ride away. But hoping to catch them next year.

Cant see it going on itunes mysslf. Itunes doesnt pay enuff. They will probably make more money per cd/download through Abbey Road Live/Sandbag then Itunes. This recording has come from a 24track recording of the show so the sound quality is excellent!
