Lovers of
The Beautiful Game will have been delighted to see
Everton beat
Chelsea with a passing game that I've not seen from the Toffeemen for a very long time, though it should be pointed out that the free-kick that set-up the equalizer was won by a
Phil Neville long ball.
What puzzles me though was when I heard on the
ESPN TV commentary that
Chelsea won the penalty kick coin toss and opted to
'take first', instead of choosing the
Matthew Harding end where there were no
Evertonians. If this is true, surely
Ancellotti's reign at
the Bridge are all but over...
Which is a shame, as I quite like
Carlo.

Stealing someone else's dream...
