1) I need to change my email address for my profile as on the advice of an IT dude i changed my password and don't remember it so can't access the account. My profile won't allow me to change email though. Help.

2) I want to add photos to my profile but only limited to 5, but others manage to have more than this. Why? Can i add more than 5?
