Hey I ordered some shirts from your website then clicked on & paid through your paypal link ( I have my reciept) The status on your site says it's waiting for payment the payment has already been taken out of my account. So my question is "Where is my order?" If I don't get my shirts I want my money back. Any help would be appreciated thank you...

I am having the exact same problem. It's been over 6 weeks and my order still says "Waiting for Payment" I have tried several times using the email addresses provided on the website and my PayPal receipt to contact NewOrder Online. I've gotten no response. If nothing changes than by this Friday I am left with no option but to register the dispute with PayPal (it will have been over 45 days since I made payment).

Got a response today. Shipping is experience delays. Good enough for me...just needed to know that I hadn't slipped through cracks. Will not be registerring issue with PayPal

Basically it's a staff problem, we are in the process of finding a new shop manager.

So when do you expect the t-shirts to ship? I don't mind waiting for everything to straighten out, I just don't want to be screwed out of my money that's all.

I believe they were all shipped today, WenOrder also corrected all the mistakes he found done by our previous shop manager.
