Yes guys, it's finally out in the UK this week. Three CDs packed with more remixes than Joan Collins face.

Fantastic tune, so why on earth did they release Jetstream beforehand?

Well we know the answer, it was a corporate decision to capitalise on the popularity of Anna Mantronic. So un-NO. Not on guys!

Still this little gem is out now and we can forget that sad little decision.

So where does WFTSC stand in the all-time NO singles list?

Answers please...

It's just outside of my top ten of fave singles; Regret and Crystal are still better showpieces for me.

I never heard it here before.

WFSC is a classic song with a timid production IMO. I got the 72s and the remixes are shite, apart from EGG. I viewed the radio 1 playlist and it hasn't even made the c list which is a shame. It's on the radio 2 a list mind. That alone speaks volumes. Is this the part where I quote a lyrical snippet? Nah.

Brings a little tear to my eye when I hear it or see the video.

New Order have never been a Radio 1 band. I doubt they'll be played on there unless they're year type things and it's Radio 2 for them now. They should rename it Radio Quiet, if anyone remembers the Smashey and Nicey Radio Quiet 'A Mumbling Around Midnight' sketch.

Indeed smashy and nicey wink

NO are not a chart band - and for one I'm glad - "It means nothing to me". Anyway wftsc is a classic tune, up there with fine time imho. It was never going to be hugely popular and I for one like the format being a vinyl junkie. I have to say I like the remixes esp of BLT.

at the moment, it's my favourite song on the album (it rotates between WFTSC, krafty, and GIAUE). it's classic new order and it deserves to be in their live repertoire for, erm, how ever long they decide to keep playing!

Great tune. Worty of being played live. Very welcome to their setlist. Glad to see Touched retired for the moment. Not a knock you off your ass chune like Crystal but defineity not whiney like Regret.

I wasnt talking about Turn. I was talking about this thread! Are you crazy?

WFTSC does nothing for me. Sounds whinny and a mess. The keyboards are well naff too. Shame, as the bass riff is half decent.

A beautiful song.

Soundtracked the summer of 2005 for me.

And the cover's not bad either...

Along with Turn it is one of the best things New Order have done in years. Also along with Turn and maybe Krafty is one of the only songs on the new album which is worth listening to repeatedly.

WFTSC is a grower, should think though Krafty & Turn are the only tracks they will fit into gigs in the future.
